 ffusion equations
DESCRIPTION:Tuan dung Nguyen: This presentation is dedicated to the resolut
 ion of highly anisotropic diffusion equations that could be singularly per
 turbed/ill-conditioned as epsilon tends near to zero (epsilon being a posi
 tive small parameter characterizing the magnitude of the anisotropy). We i
 ntroduce a new asymptotic-preserving-like method\, called quasi-asymptotic
 -preserving (QAP)\, in a mixed formulation and inspired by the macro-micro
  decomposition proposed by Degond et al. in 2012\; as well as an HDG schem
 e that takes root in the SWIP scheme proposed by Ern et al. in 2009.
