This conference will be the eighteenth edition\, with the f irst one held in 1987\, in a series that has traditionally brought togethe r some of the top specialists in the domains of arithmetic\, geometry\, an d information theory. The corresponding international community is very ac tive and all of the concerned research domains are developing and expandin g rapidly.\nThe conference is therefore also an important occasion for jun ior mathematicians (graduate students and postdocs) to interact with estab lished researchers in order to exchange ideas. We aim to create an inclusi ve atmosphere and to encourage forging new connections between researchers of various different backgrounds.\nThe conference talks will be devoted t o recent advances in arithmetic and algebraic geometry and number theory\, with a special emphasis on algorithmic and effective results and applicat ions of these fields to information theory.\nThe conference will last one week and will be organized as follows :\n- There will be one or two plenar y talks each day\, at the start of each session. They will be given by est ablished researchers\, some of whom are new to the established AGC2T commu nity\; this will allow for the introduction of emerging topics to the comm unity\, which may give rise to  applications of arithmetic or algebraic g eometry to information theory.\n- There will be several shorter specialize d talks in each session\, often delivered by junior mathematicians.\nAs wi th the previous editions of the AGC2T\, we aim publish conference proceedi ngs as a special volume of the Contemporary Mathematics collection of the AMS.\nConference Topics\n\n\n Algebraic and arithmetic geometry over fini te fields and global fields.\n Number theory\, especially explicit and al gorithmic.\n Algebro-geometric codes constructed from curves and higher-d imensional algebraic varieties over finite fields and global fields.\n -A rithmetic and geometric aspects of cryptography (symmetric\, public key\, and post-quantum) and cryptanalysis.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNotre objectif est d ’organiser une conférence consacrée aux interactions entre les mathém atiques théoriques (en particulier l’arithmétique et la géométrie al gébrique)  et les sciences de l’information (en particulier le codage et la cryptographie). Cette conférence serait la dix-huitième édition d ’un colloque réunissant traditionnellement depuis 1987 des spécialiste s du niveau le plus haute des domaines de l’arithmétique\, la géométr ie et la théorie de l’information. La communauté internationale en que stion est très active\, tous les domaines concernés évoluant rapidement avec le temps.\nLa conférence est par conséquent une occasion important e pour des jeunes mathématiciens (doctorants et post- doctorants) d’int eragir avec des chercheurs plus expérimentés dans le but d’échanger d e nouvelles idées. Nous visons à créer une atmosphère inclusive et à encourager la création de nouvelles connexions entre des chercheurs d'hor izons différents.Les exposés porteront sur la présentation des avancée s récentes en géométrie algébrique et en théorie des nombres\, avec u n accent particulier sur les résultats effectifs et algorithmiques et les applications de ces domaines à la théorie de l’information.\nLa conf érence durera une semaine et sera structurée de la manière suivante.\n- Chaque jour auront lieu une à deux conférences plénières en début de session. Elles seront assurées par des chercheurs confirmés.
