DESCRIPTION:Florent Jouve: Dans une lettre datée de 1853\, Chebyshev fait 
 observer que pour une proportion très majoritaire de x\\geq 2 il y a pré
 pondérance\, parmi les premiers p plus petits que x\, des p congrus à 3 
 modulo 4 par rapport aux p congrus à 1 modulo 4. Ce phénomène a connu d
 epuis de vastes généralisations et a donné lieu à divers analogues. L'
 exposé\, basé sur un travail en commun avec D. Fiorilli\, se concentrera
  sur une variante où l'on regarde les disparités dans la répartition de
 s substitutions de Frobenius dans les classes de conjugaison du groupe de 
 Galois d'une extension de corps de nombres.\nChebyshev bias in Galois grou

 will focus on a variant where we look at the disparities in the distributi
 on of Frobenius substitutions in the conjugation classes of the Galois gro
 up of a field extension of numbers.\n
