DESCRIPTION:Workshop: WORKSHOP at the University of Sarajevo\, Bosnia and H
 erzegovina\nInspired by the long-standing annual US Workshop on Automorphi
 c Forms and Related Topics\, this workshop aims to generate and sustain a 
 friendly and supportive atmosphere that provides encouragement to young re
 searchers\, mentoring opportunities for more established researchers\, as 
 well as a lively forum for exchanging ideas and forming new collaborations
 . All workshop participants are encouraged to speak on their research. The
  workshop takes place in the second week of the meeting\, which is : 13-1
 7 July 2020. Due to air-conditioning\, the talks will take place in the Bu
 siness Academy building\,  School of Economics and Business\, University 
 of Sarajevo\,  Skenderija 70 . Click here to view the poster.\n\nThe last
  day of the Workshop (July 18) brings an opportunity for participants to 
 discuss their ideas and results during an informal one-day trip. Two tri
 ps will be ogranized:\n\n1. Rafting on river Neretva\, an informative v

  for the less adventorous participants\n\n2. One-day trip to Mostar\, se

  of both trips are approximately 50 EUR per person (depending on the size 
 of the group). Participants can sign up for the Saturday excursion duri
 ng the registration at the conference venue.\n\nAbout the workshop\nTalks\
 nThe workshop talks will be 20 and 30 minutes in length\; researchers at a
 ll stages of their careers are encouraged to present their work. Each day 
 will begin with a talk that is\, at least in part\, a survey of some aspec
 t of automorphic forms.\nPosters\nWe invite participants to bring posters 
 on some of their research in automorphic forms that we will display outsid
 e the workshop lecture hall in the School of Economics and Business in Sar
 ajevo.\nSpeed-talks\nFollowing the success of "speed-talks" in the Texas-O
 klahoma Representations and Automorphic Forms series of conferences\, and 
 in the spirit of the BBC Radio 4 show “Just a Minute”\, we will have a
  session of 2-minute talks where the speakers are charged with presenting 
 some mathematics\, without hesitation\, deviation\, or repetition. Such ta
 lks provide a lighthearted opportunity to learn about others' research\, a
 nd it will be scheduled at the end of a morning or afternoon session\, so 
 that discussions can continue following the session. \nOther planned acti
