DESCRIPTION:Pablo Arrighi: I will present an extension of cellular automata
  theory to dynamics over time-varying arbitrary bounded degree graphs.\nI 
 will outline also our block-decomposition results in the reversible (and t
 ime-allowing the quantum) regimes.\nThis will motivate a preliminary conje
 cture that I would like to share\; on local permutations that commute with
  their shift.\n&nbsp\;
