 ces 10 années de recherche\, je me suis intéressée à toutes les facett
 es que comporte la résolution de problèmes inverses à savoir : leur mod
 élisation\, leur résolution\, l'estimation des paramètres modélisant l
 'observation ou gouvernant la qualité de reconstruction.\nL'optimisation 
 est vraiment au coeur de mes activités de recherche. La majorité des tra
 vaux que j'ai entrepris sont en lien avec des applications réelles telles
  que la géophysique\, la microscopie (MACROscopie\, microscopie biphotoni
 que)\, la TEP\, la spectroscopie de fluorescence ou encore la spectroscopi
 e RMN.\nFrom the modelization of direct problems in image processing to th
 e resolution of inverse problems\nThis habilitation manuscript deals with 
 inverse problems. During these 10 years of research\, I was interested in 
 all the facets involved in solving inverse problems\, namely: their modeli
 ng\, their resolution\, the estimation of the parameters modeling the obse
 rvation or governing the quality of reconstruction. Optimization is really
  at the heart of my research activities. Most of the work that I have unde
 rtaken is related to real applications such as geophysics\, microscopy (MA
 CROscopy\, two-photon microscopy)\, PET\, fluorescence spectroscopy or eve
 n NMR spectroscopy.\n
