 \n\nFounded by H. Bohr and E. Landau in [1]\, the search for density estim
 ates has known a second breath after the work of H. Montgomery in [7] rapi
 dly followed by spectacular developments due to M.N. Huxley in [4\, 5]\, M
 . Jutila in [6] and R. Heath-Brown in [3]. In 2000\, J. Bourgain in [2] em
 ployed some additive combinatorial argument to improve on the range where 
 the Density Hypothesis in known to hold. The aim of this workshop is to re
 write the building blocks at our disposal to get density estimates so as t
 o mix them with more additive combinatorial techniques.\n\n\n
