DESCRIPTION::  In fluid mechanics involving viscous plastic behavior a curr
 ent choice is to consideras constitutive relation the Bingham model  exhib
 iting viscosity and yield stress. Such a fluid stiffens if its local stres
 ses do not exceed the yield stress\, and it behaves like a non-Newtonian f
 luid otherwise.This model was investigated in the metal forming process in
  order to describe wiredrawing\, in oil field plug-cementing process and i
 n avalanche dynamics system. In this talk\, we shall present our result co
 ncerning the existence and uniqueness of local (in time) strong solution o
