DESCRIPTION:Axel Gastaldi: \n\n\n\nAbstract : We will discover the huge mac
 hinery of K-theory via the curious Kadison-Kaplansky's conjecture\, follow
 ing the work of A. Valette and N. Higson. The presentation will be easy to
  follow but deal with different structures you may or not be familiar with
 . The goal is to encapsulate the understanding of different mathematic (ev
 entually physic) phenomenons in the study of a unique map called the assem
 bly map defined by M. Atiyah\, I. Singer\, P. Baum and A. Connes\, that I 
 will try to present to you.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLe séminaire des doctorant⋅e
 s de l'I2M et du CPT à Luminy regroupe chaque semaine les doctorant⋅es 
 du site autour d'un exposé plus ou moins (in)formel\, dans un cadre convi
 vial. Il est évidemment ouvert aux étudiant⋅es de master et aux doctor
 ant⋅es d'autres laboratoires.\n\nPour le moment\, le séminaire a lieu d
