DESCRIPTION:Giada Grossi: In recent years Pilloni and his collaborators stu
 died p-adic properties of the higher degree coherent cohomology of automor
 phic sheaves on certain (toroidal compactifications of) Shimura varieties.
  I will talk about how to develop higher Hida theory à la Pilloni for Hil
 bert modular varieties. More precisely\, I will explain how to construct s
 ome modules interpolating p-adically higher coherent cohomology groups of 
 the Hilbert modular varieties associated to a totally real field F in the
  case where the prime p splits completely in F. If time permits\, I will d
 iscuss about further applications to the construction of p-adic L-function
 s.\nThesis\n
