DESCRIPTION:Eda Kirimli: In this talk\, we examine principally polarized su
 perspecial abelian surfaces over finite fields through their corresponding
  refined Humbert invariants. We show that computing this invariant is comp
 utationally equivalent to solving the isogeny problem for supersingular el
 liptic curves\, providing a geometric characterization. As applications\, 
 we show isogeny-degree analysis of elliptic curves and the splitting behav
 ior of isogeny graphs of principally polarized superspecial abelian surfac
 es.
