DESCRIPTION:Laurent Baratchart: Rational solutions $p/q$ of degree at most 
 $n$ to a solvable Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation problem can be parametrize
 d by the zeros of $1-(p/q)(p/q)*$ where the star indicates the paraconjuga
 te. Such zeros\, as well as the interpolation point\, may be chosen on the
  boundary circle. This result generalizes previous work by T. Giorgiou\, C
 . Byrnes\, A. Lindquist\, and A. Megretski. We motivate this research by b
