SUMMARY:Conference (Île de Porquerolles\, Hyères): New trends in theoriti
 cal and numerical analysis of waveguide
DESCRIPTION:Conference: This three-day conference will take place in Porque
 rolles (IGESA)\, from May 16 to 19\, 2016.\nThe themes of this conference 
 are mathematical and numerical analysis\, modeling of quantum or electroma
 gnetic waveguides and quantum graphs.\nThe main objective of this meeting 
 is to bring together researchers in mathematics\, mathematical physics\, t
 heoretical physics and numerical analysis\, in order to stimulate the natu
 ral interactions between these different communities around the specific p
 roblems associated with the complex systems described above. Several inter
 nationally renowned researchers from each of the different communities con
 cerned will be present. In addition\, an oral communications session will 
 be specifically intended for doctoral students in these disciplines.\nOrga
