DESCRIPTION:Joni Teräväinen: I will discuss a hybrid of the Hardy-Littlew
 ood prime tuples conjecture and Chowla's conjecture on the correlations of
  the Möbius function.\nIn particular\, it is shown that this hybrid conje
 cture holds "on average" unconditionally\, and without averaging if Siegel
  zeros exist.\nThis is based on joint works with Jared Lichtman and Terenc
 e Tao.
