DESCRIPTION:Philippe Roudot: La combinaison de nouvelles méthodes biochimi
 ques\, optiques et de traitement d'image permettent le suivie à haute ré
 solution de la polymerization du cytosquelette et ouvre la porte à une co
 mpréhension plus fine de son rôle dans les fonctions cellulaires. Dans l
 e cadre de ce groupe de travail\, je décrirai une méthode d'inférence p
 our la reconstruction du réseau microtubulaire en microscopie de fluoresc
 ence ainsi que plusieurs exemples d'application. Je présenterai aussi les
  défis et pistes de travail associés à l'interprétation de populations
  larges de microtubules dans le cadre de l'étude du faisceau mitotique et
  de la différenciation des cellules souches.\nReconstruction and study of
  the microtubule network by speckle imaging \nThe combination of new bioch
 emical\, optical and image processing methods allow high-resolution monito
 ring of cytoskeletal polymerization and opens the door to a deeper underst
 anding of its role in cellular functions. Within the framework of this wor
 king group\, I will describe an inference method for the reconstruction of
  the microtubular network in fluorescence microscopy as well as several ap
 plication examples. I will also present the challenges and avenues of work
  associated with the interpretation of large populations of microtubules w
 ithin the framework of the study of the mitotic bundle and the differentia
