DESCRIPTION:: Institut de Mathematiques de Marseille (I2M) expects several 
 CNRS Post-Doctoral Research Positions in Mathematics as part of the projec
 t "Intermediate Chaos" funded by the European Research Council (ERC)\, PI:
  Alexander Bufetov.Applicants should have a PhD degree at the time of star
 ting the job. Applicants are advised to include the following:- cover lett
 er / statement of purpose\;- research statement\;- CV and list of publicat
 ions.These materials should be sent to the address erc-chaos@math.cnrs.fr.
 Applicants should also arrange for recommendation letters to be sent direc
 tly to the address erc-chaos@math.cnrs.fr.The selected applicants are expe
 cted to start in 2017\, the exact starting date is negotiable. The duratio
 n of the position will normally be between one and three years.CNRS sets s
 alaries on an individual basis depending on the candidate’s qualificatio
 ns and within the range 1900 - 2700 € / month after taxes. The position 
 carries no teaching load\, but optional teaching opportunities are provide
