 u. Le but de l'exposé est de donner un critère dans le cas d'un schéma 
 en groupes réductifs.\nWhen is a scheme in reductive groups linear?\nAn a
 ffine algebraic group admits a faithful linear representation\, it is a na
 tural question to ask whether this is true for an affine group scheme of f
 inite type over a ring. The aim of the presentation is to give a criterion
