 fondements et applications à la biologie 2017
DESCRIPTION:Rencontre: Cette rencontre à faire se rencontrer\, discuter et
  travailler ensemble\, au travers d'interventions orales et de sessions de
  travail thématiques communes\, divers spécialistes nationaux et interna
 tionaux des réseaux d'interactions\, venant des mathématiques\, de l'inf
 ormatique mais également de la biologie et de la médecine. Ce sera notam
 ment le lieu pour faire le point sur les avancées récentes du domaine\, 
 mais également d'identifier les questions ouvertes et insuffler à la com
 munauté des directions de recherches prometteuses\, aussi théoriques qu'
 appliquées. Pour ce faire\, l'accent sera particulièrement mis sur les r
 éseaux d'automates booléens\, qui sont étudiés fondamentalement comme 
 modèle de calcul et d'un point de vue plus appliqué comme modèle de ré
 seaux d'interactions biologiques (réseaux de régulation génétique\, r
 éseaux de signalisation\, réseaux de neurones…).\nInteraction networks
 : foundations and applications in biology 2017 \nThis meeting brings toget
 her\, discuss and work together\, through oral presentations and joint the
 matic work sessions\, various national and international specialists in in
 teraction networks\, coming from mathematics\, computer science but also b
 iology and medicine. This will be the place to take stock of recent advanc
 es in the field\, but also to identify open questions and inspire the comm
 unity with promising research directions\, both theoretical and applied. T
 o do this\, the emphasis will be particularly placed on the networks of Bo
 olean automata\, which are studied fundamentally as a computational model 
 and from a more applied point of view as a model of networks of biological
  interactions (networks of genetic regulation\, networks signaling\, neura
