DESCRIPTION:Pavel Nikitin: One of the ways to construct the representation 
 theory for the infinite symmetric group (as well as for many other groups)
  is the "semigroup approach" of Grigori Olshanski. The corresponding semig
 roups are the semigroup of partial bijections and some generalization of B
 rauer semigroup. We will describe the representations of these semigroups 
 with the help of some natural operations on graded graphs.
