DESCRIPTION:Adrien Mounier: Abstract : I will attempt an introduction to s
 ome central ideas of modern number theory\, starting with familiar objects
  such as prime numbers. It will show how these seemingly irregular and unp
 redictable objects actually obey profound laws\, revealed through tools fr
 om analysis. The aim is not to delve into technical details\, but to provi
 de a clear and intuitive overview of the major questions in the field\, ex
 tending to open problems such as the Riemann Hypothesis. No prior knowledg
 e of number theory is required: the emphasis will be on ideas\, intuitions
 \, and connections with other areas of mathematics and (maybe) physics.
