DESCRIPTION:Cécile Capponi: I propose two transdisciplinary approaches of 
 machine learning for the treatment of biological problems\, alternatives t
 o deep learning. More specifically\, we will present the training of a set
  of classifiers for the prediction of protein domains from sequences\, and
  the completion of matrix of grams by kernel training techniques.
