DESCRIPTION:Constanza Rojas-Molina: We review recent results on the spectra
 l and dynamical properties of the fractional Anderson model\, part of a re
 search program on non-local Hamiltonians with diagonal disorder. We report
  on on-going work in collaboration with P. Hislop on the local eigenvalue 
 statistics of the fractional Anderson model and the conjectures involving 
 the spectral and dynamical transition expected in this setting.
