 ion différentielle non locale avec une non-linéarité de type bistable e
 t on étudie son ensemble $\\omega$-limite. On montre que pour une grande 
 classe de fonctions initiales\, l'ensemble $\\omega$-limite possède exact
 ement un élément\, qui a la forme d'une fonction en escalier\, et prend
