DESCRIPTION:Baptiste CERCLÉ: Two-dimensional Conformal Field Theory (CFT) 
 is a research topic that has attracted a lot of attention\nin both the phy
 sics and mathematics community since its inception by Belavin-Polyakov-Zam
 olodchikov in 1984.\nHowever answering the seemingly simple question “Wh
 at is a Conformal Field Theory?”\nis not as simple as it seems and many 
 different approaches have been developed to address this issue\,\nranging 
 from probability to representation theory\, conformal geometry or Vertex O
 perator Algebras.\n\nIn this talk we will discuss a few connections betwee
 n some of these different perspectives:\nnamely we will explain to what ex
 tent the probabilistic approach to CFT\nbased on the consideration of Gaus
 sian Free Fields\nis equivalent to the more algebraicviewpoint of Vertex O
 perator Algebras.\nBased on this correspondence we will describe how to tr
 anslate\nresults stemming from representation theory of W-algebras\ninto a
 ctual statements for Selberg and Dotsenko-Fateev type integrals\,\nprovidi
 ng a systematic method to address the Mukhin-Varchenko conjecture.\n
