DESCRIPTION:Joan Porti: The holonomy representation of a projective surface
  is a representation of its fundamental group in PGL(3\,R)\, the group of 
 linear transformations of the projective plane. It lifts to SL(3\,R) and t
 he aim of the talk is to describe its deformation space in SL(4\,R)\, afte
 r composing with the standard embedding of SL(3\,R) in SL(4\,R). If time a
 llows\, I'll discuss an application to deformations of projective structur
 es on 3-manifolds.
