DESCRIPTION:Thuy Nguyen: We redefine the Chern-Schwartz-MacPherson classes 
 using Lipschitz stratifications instead of Whitney stratifications. The ob
 tained class is the same class as the Schwartz' class but the construction
  is simplified. As an application in the real case\, we provide a proof fo
 r the Poincaré-Hopf Theorem for semi-analytic real varieties that also si
 mplifies Schwartz' proof.
