  tracks. Let G be one of the eight Thurston geometries.\nThere is a branch
 ed 3-manifold W(G) with a finite triangulation such that\na closed 3-manif
 old M immerses into W(G) if and only if M admits a G-structure. \nEquival
 ently there is a combinatorial characterization of those\nmanifolds that a
