DESCRIPTION:Javier Fernandez de Bobadilla: I will prove the Brasselet-Schur
 mann-Yokura conjecture\, which predicts the equality between the Hodge L-c
 lass and the Goresky-MacPherson L-class for compact complex algebraic vari
 eties that are rational homology manifolds. The proof is built on a combin
 ation of the theory of cubical hyperresolutions and the decomposition theo
 rem in the category of Mixed Hodge Modules. Joint work with Irma Pallares.
