Part of the week is dedicated to introdu ctory talks before focusing on more recent questions. It is planned to kee p some free time to encourage the questions that the presentations are bou nd to generate. This is the third edition of this meeting\, and participat ion is growing every year.The first edition took place at CIRM in February 2021\, see the website. The theme was the relations between homological and quantum invariants in low dimensional topology.\nThe second edition to ok place at the Centre CNRS Paul Langevin\, Aussois\, France\, in April 20 22\, see the website. The theme was the relations between knots and knott ed surfaces on the one hand\, and 4-dimensional varieties on the other han d\, as well as the possible links with quantum invariants in dimension 3.\ nThe organisers prepare a list of talks with a detailed abstract and solid references to allow the exhibitors to work on their presentation in the b est conditions. About two months before the event\, the programme is sent to potential participants (mainly PhD students) who then choose their pres entation. The aim of the workshop is to work together to understand comple x and important theories and techniques in current research in low dimensi onal topology. Interaction between participants is encouraged\, including if possible before the workshop. This workshop allows us to strengthen the links between the young members of our community\, and to progress by stu dying together topics that are difficult to understand alone.\n\n\n\n\n\n\ n\n\n\nL’objectif de cette rencontre est de réunir principalement des d octorant.es et jeunes chercheur.euses pour étudier pendant une semaine un thème autour de la topologie de basse dimension.
