In this talk, we discuss the image denoising problem through DC programming. We consider a non-convex model with Total Variation and show how it can be written as a DC (Difference of Convex) function. Therefore, DC Algorithm (DCA) can be applied to image denoising. On the other hand, we also present recent developments on boosting DCA (BDCA) which improves the computational performance of DCA.
