In this talk we are interested in the notion of disjoint universality for subsequences of the orbit of the Taylor shift operator acting on the space of real infinitely differentiable functions. We will extend a recent result of H. Klaja and A. Mouze who studied the dynamical behaviour of the Taylor shift operator. We will then show that this class of universal elements has an interpolation property: given a sequence of real numbers without accumulation points, there exists a function in this class having prescribed values at the points of the sequence.
