Integral points on moduli spaces

I will review various conjectures on the scarcity of rational/integral point for varieties of (log) general type. In particular I will discuss the Lawrence-Venkatesh method and its relation with the so called »geometric Zilber-Pink conjecture ». Joint work with B. Klingler and E. Ullmo.
