The Kécékssa seminar (aka “what is… seminar”) is simple:
- it happens at the CMI;
- it consists of a short presentation (thirty minutes) on a subject or object about which you’ve always wanted to know everything, but never dared to ask;
- This takes place roughly once a month, on Thursdays (between the 16th and 22nd of the month) from 1 to 1:30 p.m. for the presentation part;
- This is preceded by what we hope will be a convivial buffet.
If you have any suggestions for a topic (e.g. “What are beams for?”, or “What is a digital schematic?” or even “What is a large deviation?”), if you’d like to nominate one of your colleagues as suitable to give a talk or, better still, if you’d like to give one yourself, please contact us by email.
