Procedure:
-1– Go to ENT AMU: http: //ent.univ-amu.fr
2 – Select “Help” from the horizontal menu bar
3 – In “Possible actions”, click on “+Formulate a request for personalized assistance”.
4 – Once you have reached the “Add a ticket” page, click on “Next” and choose the following category:
“Service ‘DOSI-Pôle Audiovisuel’ (DOSI – Audiovisual division (maintenance, repair, engineering, videoconferencing) “
then the following sub-category: “Pôle Audiovisuel DOSI campus Luminy “.
5 – The ticket to be created appears, fill in the subject and then the room request window.
