1) Being an L-space (definition from Heegaard-Floer homology),
2) Have a left-orderable fundamental group,
3) Admit tense layouts.

The goal of this working group is to understand the relationship between the following three properties of 3-manifolds:
1) Be an L-space (definition from Heegaard-Floer homology),
2) Have a fundamental group that can be ordered on the left,
3) Allow taut foliations.
