Almost periodicity and coincidence

Quasicrystals are modeled by almost periodic structure. We discuss almost periodicity of sequences (tilings) generated by substitution. It turned out that coincidence concept emerges quite naturally. We discuss relation between several different coincidences in the remaining time.
