In this talk we will present an algorithm for the numerical simulation of the time-dependent bosonic Schrödinger equation with N particles in the case of a two-body interaction potential, based on the Bogoliubov theory. This theory holds for N>>1, which is what we want to be able to simulate numerically. By taking naturally into account the symmetries of the system, the ansatz given by Bogoliubov allows us to obtain a method whose computational complexity is eventually independent of the number of particles.
