On Taylor series that are frequently universal (or not)
In this talk, we are interested in the classical universal Taylor series of the complex plane. We will provide an answer to the question whether such series can be frequently universal, i.e. if the universal approximation property of the sequence of their partial sum can take place along a subsequence of integers of strictly positive lower or higher density.
