Minor modifications :
- The function opt.minsize() has two more arguments; criterion and prof (depth).
- The mindev stopping rule in cubt function is now exactly compatible with the original paper description.
- The crit() function was modified to return zero value when there is only one observation in the data matrix
- The computation of distances in the pruning function has been paralllelized for continuous data
