TIGER Grants for international students

To apply for a grant the procedure is the following :

First you have to apply for the master diploma for which you want the grant; in this case, it is the "Mathématiques Fondamentales" specialisation inside the broader master MAAP (MAthematics and APplications). We also ask that you inform us specifically that you are applying for a grant by writing to jean.raimbault@univ-amu.fr. Your email should also include the following documents :
1. A short letter of motivation detailing your expectations for this master ;
2. A transcript of your notes from your first year of master's diploma (or last year of bachelor in case of a 4-year undergraduate cursus) ;
3. A recommandation letter from the head of the master's program where you completed your first-year master (or equivalent).

The deadline for application to the grant is Sunday, May 10th 2026.

10 000€ stipend for the whole year
Access to on-campus lodging (rent not included in the grant)
The tuition fees for non-EU students are not included in the grant but laureates pay only 25% (for a total of 985€)
