Programme:
The seminar will start on Monday 5th at 9am and will end on Friday 9th
at
noon.
Participants are welcome to arrive at the hotel from Sunday 4th in the
afternoon so that they will be able to have dinner together at the
hotel at 7.30pm. Please make sure you arrive before 8pm to be able to have
dinner at the hotel.
On Friday, lunch will also be served at the hotel to all participants.

How to get there:
If you arrive by plane, the easiest way to reach the hotel in
Carry-le-Rouet from the airport is to take a taxi (about 18Km, the cost
should be approximatively between 40 and 50 euros).
If you travel by train or are already in Marseille, you can take a
local train from Marseille (gare
St-Charles) to Carry-le-Rouet station. The distance between the railway
station and the hotel is under 3Km. You can then take a taxi from
the station to the hotel (the cost should be around 10 euros); else
click here to get
directions, if you wish to walk to
the hotel.

There is a bus service in the village (stopping at the railway station,
downtown, and nearby the hotel). However, it only runs on weekdays
(Monday to Friday).
Payment (for Japanese
participants only):
The total cost of your stay (inclusive of all meals)
will be of 583.5 euros per person which can be paid either cash or by
credit card at the hotel. Note, however, that you will receive no
indivudual receipt: only one single global invoice will be established
for all Japanese participants.
