Rational solutions $p/q$ of degree at most $n$ to a solvable Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation problem can be parametrized by the zeros of $1-(p/q)(p/q)*$ where the star indicates the paraconjugate. Such zeros, as well as the interpolation point, may be chosen on the boundary circle. This result generalizes previous work by T. Giorgiou, C. Byrnes, A. Lindquist, and A. Megretski. We motivate this research by broadband matching problems.
