Nous discutons une théorie du pluripotentiel associée à un corps convexe dans (R_+)^d. Le corps P est utilisé pour construire à la fois des sous-espaces de polynômes particuliers et une classe naturelle de fonctions plurisousharmoniques. En particulier, nous donnons une version du théorème de Bernstein-Walsh dans ce contexte, qui explique une observation de N. Trefethen en théorie de l’approximation en plusieurs variables réelles.

The theory of pluripotential and convex bodies

We discuss a theory of the pluripotential associated with a convex field in (R_+)^d. The field P is used to construct both subspaces of particular polynomials and a natural class of multisubharmonic functions. In particular, we give a version of the Bernstein-Walsh theorem in this context, which explains an observation by N. Trefethen in the theory of the approximation in several real variables.
