The theory of mixed type equations is one of the principal parts of the general theory of PDEs. The interest for these kinds of equations arises in both theoretical and practical uses of their applications.
On the other hand, In recent years, in connection with intensive research on problems of optimal control of the agro-economical system, long-term forecasting and regulating the level of ground waters and soil moisture, problems of mathematical biology: population dynamics and problems of mathematical economics has become necessary to investigate a new class of equations called « loaded equations ».
I will formulate and discuss the initial and boundary value problems for the loaded differential equations (associated with nonlocal problems for classical PDEs) and their relation to the applied problems. In conclusion, we study the unique solvability of boundary value problem for a loaded mixed-type equation with a Riemann-Liouville operator.
