I will present an extension of cellular automata theory to dynamics over time-varying arbitrary bounded degree graphs.
I will outline also our block-decomposition results in the reversible (and time-allowing the quantum) regimes.
This will motivate a preliminary conjecture that I would like to share; on local permutations that commute with their shift.
