Le but de cette journée est de proposer quelques exposés introductifs à la modélisation des fluides complexes et des écoulements granulaires en particulier. Les exposés sont destinés à un public large et présenteront divers aspects de leur étude, que ce soit d’un point de vue physique et expérimental, de modélisation ou d’analyse mathématique et numérique.

WORKSHOP « COMPLEX FLUIDS AND GRANULAR FLOW »
The goal of this workshop is to give a few introductory talks around the modelling of complex fluids and granular flows in particular. The talks are aimed at a large audience and will present various aspect of their study, be it from a physics and experimental viewpoint, from a mathematical modelling viewpoint or from the mathematical and numerical analysis of some models.
