Hyperbolicity is a fundamental notion in complex geometry. In this talk, we shall study hyperbolicity for varieties defined over a non-Archimedean complete field, more specifically for algebraic curves.
We give a definition allowing us to extract a class of smooth algebraic curves that behave in an analogous way as complex hyperbolic curves.
In order to do so, we work on analytic spaces in the sense of Berkovich.
